Who uses Staying, and for what

Staying is a guest-experience layer that works alongside your PMS or OTA calendars: online check-in, a digital guidebook, in-stay ordering and direct rebooking. It fits three kinds of operator. Each page below describes the workflow, the plan that fits and when another tool is the better choice.

Vacation rental property managers

Teams managing roughly 5 to 50 vacation rental units for themselves or for owners, with a PMS already in place.

Keep your PMS for reservations and channels. Staying syncs its calendars by iCal and runs the guest side of the stay: online check-in, the guidebook, in-stay ordering and the invitation to book direct next time.

Suggested plan: Growth (€149/month). Read the vacation rental property managers guide.

Cabin and holiday home owners

Owners renting out one to ten cabins, apartments or holiday homes through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or their own website.

Replace the paper folder with a guidebook guests open from a QR code, collect every guest's contact details at online check-in, and invite past guests to book direct. Bookings come in from your OTA calendars by iCal.

Suggested plan: Free (€0). Read the cabin and holiday home owners guide.

Independent and boutique hotels

Independent and boutique hotels, guesthouses and aparthotels that keep their hotel PMS and want a guest portal on top of it.

Guests check in online before arrival, scan a room QR code to open the portal, order room service or extras, and sign in to the guest WiFi through your branded page. Your PMS stays the system of record.

Suggested plan: Growth (€149/month). Read the independent and boutique hotels guide.
