What's the difference between Starter, Growth, and Scale?
Starter (€49/mo) covers 2–10 properties with all core features. Growth (€149/mo) adds service upselling marketplace, SMS messaging (20k/mo), owner statements, custom branding, and priority support — up to 50 properties. Scale (€399/mo) adds API access, multi-user (>5 staff), dedicated account manager, and SLA — unlimited properties.
Do I need to talk to sales to see pricing?

What if I need to cancel?

I'm an existing €49 customer — will my price change?
No. All existing customers on €49 (Starter), €99 (Growth legacy), or €299 (Scale legacy) are grandfathered indefinitely at their original price. As long as your subscription stays continuous, you keep your legacy rate.
If I cancel and re-subscribe later, do I keep my legacy price?
No. Re-subscriptions use current pricing (€49 / €149 / €399). Your legacy price applies only while your subscription is continuous.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes. Go to /admin/owner/billing and switch tier. Downgrading from a paid tier to Free disables paid features at the end of your current billing period — your property and data stay intact.
