Published, tiered pricing
Free for one property. Paid plans are €49/mo (up to 10 properties, 25 units), €149/mo (up to 50 properties, 100 units) and €399/mo (unlimited). The price steps with portfolio size, never with bookings.
0% commission
Staying charges a subscription only. You keep 100% of direct booking and in-stay order revenue (card processing is billed by Stripe).
Self-serve setup
Sign up, connect an iCal calendar or your PMS, and publish your guest portal yourself. Scale adds a dedicated account manager.
Works alongside your PMS
Bookings flow in from your PMS, Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com calendars via iCal. Direct Guesty, Hostaway, OwnerRez, Hospitable and Lodgify connections are in beta.

Staying 不做什么
选择套餐前值得了解。
- Staying 不是 OTA 渠道管理器：日历通过 iCal 同步，不会向 Airbnb、Booking.com 或 Vrbo 推送价格和房态。
- Staying 不会把数据写回您的 PMS；PMS 同步是单向导入。
- 没有公开的 REST API，也没有原生移动应用。
- 按月或按年以欧元计费；年付套餐价格为月付价格的 10 倍。

免费套餐如何使用？
免费版覆盖 1 处房源，包含品牌客人门户、电子指南、在线入住登记，以及通过 iCal 接入的 1 个预订渠道。升级至 Starter（€49/月）可接入无限预订渠道，向历史客人发送营销活动，并管理最多 10 处房源。
你们收取预订佣金吗？
不收。Staying 只收取订阅费，不对预订或住中点单抽取佣金。刷卡处理费由 Stripe 收取。
Starter、Growth 和 Scale 有什么区别？
Starter（每月 €49）最多覆盖 10 处房源，包含宾客门户、数字指南、在线入住登记、评价收集和回头预订邀请。Growth（每月 €149）最多 50 处房源，增加入住期间追加销售市场、短信（每月 2 万条）、业主结算单、自定义品牌和优先支持。Scale（每月 €399）房源不限，增加不限数量的员工席位和专属客户经理。
需要与销售人员沟通才能了解定价吗？
不需要。所有价格均已公开：Free、每月 €49、€149 和 €399，包括 Scale 在内的每个套餐都可在线购买，无需联系销售。
如果我需要取消怎么办？
随时取消，无违约金，无长期合同。我们相信每月都要赢得您的信任。
我是现有 €49 客户——我的价格会变吗？
不会。所有现有 €49（Starter）、€99（Growth 旧版）或 €299（Scale 旧版）的客户将永久享受原始价格。只要您的订阅保持连续，即可维持旧版费率。
如果我取消后重新订阅，还能保留旧版价格吗？
不能。重新订阅将按当前定价（€49 / €149 / €399）计算。旧版价格仅在订阅连续时有效。
我可以降级套餐吗？
可以。前往 /admin/owner/billing 切换套餐。从付费套餐降级至免费版将在当前计费周期结束时停用付费功能——您的房源和数据保持不变。
