What Staying does not do
Worth knowing before you choose a plan.
- It is not an OTA channel manager: calendars sync by iCal, and rates and availability are not pushed to Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo.
- It does not write data back to your PMS; PMS sync is one-way and inbound.
- There is no public REST API and no native mobile app.
- Billing is monthly or yearly in euros; a yearly plan costs 10 times the monthly price.

How does the Free tier work?
Free covers 1 property with the branded guest portal, digital guidebook, online check-in, and one booking source via iCal. Upgrade to Starter (€49/mo) to connect unlimited booking sources, send campaigns to past guests, and manage up to 10 properties.
Do you charge commission on bookings?
No. Staying charges a subscription only, with no commission on bookings or in-stay orders. Card processing is billed by Stripe.
What's the difference between Starter, Growth, and Scale?
Starter (€49/mo) covers up to 10 properties with the guest portal, digital guidebooks, online check-in, review collection, and rebooking invites. Growth (€149/mo) unlocks the in-stay upsell marketplace, SMS messaging (20k/mo), owner statements, custom branding, and priority support for up to 50 properties. Scale (€399/mo) adds unlimited staff seats and a dedicated account manager, with unlimited properties.
Do I need to talk to sales to see pricing?
No. Every price is published: Free, €49, €149 and €399 per month, and every plan, Scale included, can be bought online without talking to sales.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel anytime, no penalties, no long-term contracts. We believe in earning your business every month.
I'm an existing €49 customer — will my price change?
No. All existing customers on €49 (Starter), €99 (Growth legacy), or €299 (Scale legacy) are grandfathered indefinitely at their original price. As long as your subscription stays continuous, you keep your legacy rate.
If I cancel and re-subscribe later, do I keep my legacy price?
No. Re-subscriptions use current pricing (€49 / €149 / €399). Your legacy price applies only while your subscription is continuous.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes. Go to /admin/owner/billing and switch tier. Downgrading from a paid tier to Free disables paid features at the end of your current billing period — your property and data stay intact.
